Isn’t therapy going to label me with something?
Therapy doesn’t necessarily label individuals with permanent diagnosis. Many conditions are circumstantial and temporary. Addressing them properly is the best way to move forward and transition to enjoy being yourself again.

Counseling is tailored to your specific situation. Our licensed professional counselors are experienced, qualified, and certified to assist you on your unique journey.
How do I move forward, thinking my family would not approve that I go into counseling?
As you do better, be better… It will show.
Going into counseling is a show of strength… not weakness. Going through Solution Focused Therapy… Your loved ones will be able to appreciate your growth and enjoy you getting back to being yourself again.
Do you offer Telehealth?
We offer telehealth (online counseling) through computer, phone, or other device in NY State. Our online therapy is HIPAA compliant. Online counseling is a very efficient, and convenient way to meet in today’s busy lives.
You simply have to request your preferred time to meet, and you will receive a confirmation and a link by email for your upcoming meeting.
Are you accepting Insurance?
Yes!
We are currently accepting Humana / Tricare coverage.
We will also be adding more insurance coverage as the demand for them will increase.
You can also pay with credit card, and we will give you a “Superbill” at the end of each month, that you can use to get reimbursed by your insurance (in most cases) for our services.
For your specific situation, we can discuss this further, during your free 20-minute consultation.
In-person therapy?
At this moment, we are only offering online counseling.
What if your availability doesn’t match mine?
The actual availability in the schedule, are the main ones to consider.
But we are flexible to consider your situation.
